Who Operates the Site and Acceptance of the Terms
narrativo operates this website as a professional hub focused on live television production. By accessing or using the site you accept these terms in full. If you do not agree you must leave the site immediately. These terms constitute a binding contract under the laws of England and Wales and incorporate the requirements of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and UK GDPR.
Eligibility and Permitted Use
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or purchase access to course materials. The site is intended for professionals and students in the United Kingdom seeking training in studio equipment integration, dynamic camera techniques, acoustic optimisation, lighting setups and reliable production processes for news programmes, interviews and live shows. Commercial use of the materials is permitted only under the licences granted within individual course packages.
Prohibited Conduct
You must not copy, distribute or modify any course content without written permission. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform, upload malicious code, or use the site to transmit unlawful material. Breach of this clause may result in immediate termination of access and legal action.
Accounts, Submissions and User Content
Where accounts are created, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details. Any submissions such as project work or forum posts remain your property, but you grant narrativo a non-exclusive licence to use them for platform improvement and marketing. You must ensure submitted content does not infringe third-party rights.
Ownership of Site Content, Trademarks and Permitted Limited Use
All text, images, videos and course structures on the site are owned by narrativo or its licensors. You may download course materials solely for personal study. Trademarks such as the narrativo logo may not be reproduced without prior consent. Limited quotation for criticism or review is permitted under fair dealing provisions of the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988.
Third-Party Services and Links
The site may contain links to external platforms for payment processing or supplementary resources. narrativo does not endorse or guarantee the accuracy of any third-party service. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms.
Availability, Changes, Suspension and Termination
narrativo aims to keep the site available at all times but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these terms or for maintenance. Material changes to the service will be notified via the site or by email to registered users.
Disclaimers Subject to Mandatory Consumer Law
While every effort is made to ensure course content is accurate, narrativo does not warrant that all information will remain current or error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
Limitation of Liability
Subject to the paragraph above, our total liability for any claim arising from use of the site shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim. This limitation applies to indirect or consequential loss including loss of profits or data.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify narrativo against any claims, losses or expenses arising from your breach of these terms or from content you submit.
Governing Law, Courts and Consumer Dispute Rights
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except that consumers resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland may bring proceedings in their local courts. You retain the right to use alternative dispute resolution services such as those provided by the European Consumer Centre or UK ombudsman schemes where applicable.
Severability, Waiver, Changes, Contact Route and Last-Updated Date
If any provision is found invalid the remainder continues in force. Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver. We may update these terms from time to time; the current version will always be displayed on this page.
